Public health emergency directly related to COVID-19 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, a local educational agency wanting payment for fiscal year 2023 that also submitted an application for payment for fiscal year 2022.

Requested payment under section 7002 must use the data described in 7002 to calculate payment submitted by local educational agency for fiscal year 2022.

Section 7003 must use the student count data relating to calculating such payment that was submitted for fiscal year 2022. The same data must be used to calculate such payment for fiscal year 2023.
